Returning Applicants

If you have previously created an account and are eligible to submit another grant request, please proceed as follows:

    Enter your registered email address and password.

    Click “Log On”. Do NOT click on the “Grant Cycle – LOI” if you are a returning applicant.

    Enter the access code on the top of the page to access the “Grant Cycle – Full Application” process.  If you do not have the access code, please contact Pam Eichenauer.

    When you have completed the application, click “Submit”, and you will receive an email confirmation of your submission.

  • Unless otherwise advised, the access code will remain the same every year.
  • While completing the online application, you may save it and return to it as often as needed.
  • A foundation representative may request a site visit to gather additional information about your organization.
  • Each request will be reviewed, and written notification will be provided after the meeting dates (which are not published).
